Meet the Management Team at Bluemel’s

	Mike Bluemel – President/Owner Phone: 414-282-4220    Email: mikeb@bluemels.com The youngest of 6 children, Mike began working for the family company at the age of 16.  He immediately took an interest in the day to day administrative operations and found that he excelled in business, so much so that he went on to graduate from the University of Whitewater with a degree in Business & Administration in 1987.  Mike Bluemel has dedicated himself to improving and expanding his family business while maintaining the vision and standards his parents set forth over 50 years ago.
	Jeremy Santori – General Manager Phone: 414-282-4220 ext: 17    Email: jeremys@bluemels.com    Started: 5/27/97 After graduating from UW-Parkside, Jeremy joined Bluemel’s and has been a member of the company for over a decade. He has experience in all aspects of what Bluemel’s has to offer: landscaping, lawn maintenance, playground construction, poured-in-place surfacing, and snow removal. He prides himself in continuing the reputation established by the Bluemel family of quality service for every customer.
	John Lewandowski – Garden Center Retail Manager Phone: 414-282-4220 ext: 13    Email: johnl@bluemels.com    Started: 10/8/98 Hired on in 1998 as a part-time delivery person, John landed a full-time position in the garden center the following year.  After a couple of seasons of hard work and dedication, he was promoted to retail manager in 2002.  John has found that he truly enjoys this line of work because working in retail compliments his artistic skills as well as his personality- he likes working with plants and displaying products, loves working outdoors, and enjoys interacting with the public.  John oversees all retail operations including our plant offerings, bulk products/deliveries, and store items.  John also plays a major role in our marketing strategy.
	Sam Reinhardt – Playground and Surfacing Manager Phone: 414-708-5576    Email: samr@bluemels.com    Started: 5/19/98 Sam began his career at Bluemel’s in the spring of 1998 starting in the lawn maintenance division. From there he was promoted to playground construction manager where he spent numerous years learning all aspects of playground design, construction, and safety . Being a family man, he truly understands the importance of a creative and safe play environment.
	Carlos Casso – Lawn Maintenance Manager Phone: 414-708-5740    Email: carlosc@bluemels.com    Started: 11/6/00 Carlos joined Bluemel’s in 2000 bringing with him several years of lawn maintenance experience. He started in our residential lawn department and quickly rose to become one of our commercial lawn maintenance foremen. Carlos now manages our Lawn Maintenance Department and oversees all residential and commercial lawn maintenance operations. His fluency in Spanish has proven to be an  extremely valuable asset to the company.
	Tony Pultz – Landscape Manager Phone: 414-254-3038    Email: tonyp@bluemels.com    Started: 4/7/10 Tony is a new addition to the Bluemel’s team with 15 years experience in the landscaping industry.  He attended the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities for civil engineering and later studied horticulture at MATC.  With a diversified background in landscaping ranging from maintenance and construction, to wholesale nursery, Tony leads the team as our landscaping expert.  Hardscapes and Eco-friendly landscaping are his expertise.
	Ken Cherek – Landscape Sales Phone: 414-254-3291    Email: kenc@bluemels.com    Started: 3/21/10 Ken was welcomed aboard Bluemel’s staff in the early spring of 2010.  His in-depth background in sales and product presentation were sought out by Bluemel’s Landscape Department.  Ken’s enjoyment of creating new relationships, and cultivating existing ones, feed his appetite for satisfaction and excellent customer service.  Ken’s focus and passion include landscapes and landscape renovations.
	Aaron Fischer – Online Marketing Director Phone: 414-234-0326    Email: aaronf@bluemels.com    Started: 2/21/11 Aaron joined the team at Bluemel’s in 2011 to help expand their reach across the world wide web. He provides an array of services such as website creation and maintenance, eCommerce integration, graphic design, brand creation, video editing, social media integration, SEO, and coupon solutions to better connect Bluemel’s to their customer base.
